VELNIC STUDIO is proudly based in Shanghai, China, where all of our pieces are carefully designed and dispatched.

Most of our customers don’t need to worry about import duties or taxes, especially when choosing Standard Shipping. We use specialized cross-border logistics channels designed to minimize the likelihood of additional customs charges. This includes shipments to the United States, where standard shipping typically does not incur any import duties.

For Expedited Shipping, we use DHL or FedEx. Whether import duties apply in this case depends entirely on your country’s customs regulations and the courier’s local handling. While many customers still receive their packages without issue, customs charges are possible and are the responsibility of the buyer.

If customs fees are applied, they remain the responsibility of the customer. VELNIC STUDIO has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. International orders may occasionally go through customs clearance procedures, which could cause slight delivery delays.

We ensure all shipments are handled with care, and our logistics partners work hard to prevent any unnecessary disruptions.
When ordering from VELNIC STUDIO, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all local laws and import regulations.
