I actually was contacted by Velnic regarding it as it was the very last one out of the batch that they had made at the time. They told me in the email that they were not happy with the product quality and wanted to work on it some more and that when it was ready they would send it out. I have never seen this amount of care for guests or for a product, I was very impressed.

It really meant alot to me that you were willing to reach out to me regarding the piece not being up to par before you sent it out again. I can't wait to see this piece as well. Love love love the genshin jewelry! The Anemoculus necklace and Venti’s lyre necklace are my favorites, please consider making the Barbatos statue of the seven necklace I saw from the TikTok page! I’ll definitely buy it, it’s really enjoyable that Venti got personalized jewelry.
I enjoy the case and the keychain that comes with it too, it’s a nice professional touch. It might be even better to add a custom keychain of the character wearing the jewelry if it’s a character themed piece, plenty of artists could contribute and many would be interested. Overall amazing experience!
